FarHeater Engineering Inc. provided specialized HVAC assessment and design services for an endoscopy healthcare facility following a College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) inspection.

Unlike a typical medical office, this facility includes three procedure rooms where patients undergo procedures under general anesthesia, as well as dedicated post-anesthesia recovery rooms.

The HVAC assessment and design considered CSA Z317.2 – HVAC Systems in Health Care Facilities, applicable CPSO requirements, and the specialized ventilation needs of procedure and recovery spaces.
