Endoscopy Facility

North York, Ontario

Following a College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) inspection, FarHeater Engineering Inc. provided specialized HVAC assessment and design for an endoscopy facility with three procedure rooms performing procedures under general anesthesia, plus dedicated post-anesthesia recovery rooms. The work was assessed against CSA Z317.2 – HVAC Systems in Health Care Facilities, covering air-change rates, room pressure relationships, filtration and infection control, and the resulting HVAC upgrade design.

MEP Shell Design

Forum Centrepoint Commercial Development

Thunder Bay, Ontario

FarHeater Engineering Inc. has commenced the MEP Shell Design for the new phase of the Forum Centrepoint Commercial Development in Thunder Bay, encompassing more than 33,000 sq. ft. of new commercial space across Buildings D, E and F, with further buildings to follow. Our scope covers HVAC and mechanical systems, plumbing and drainage, electrical power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, photometric calculations, emergency and life-safety lighting, and full MEP coordination and code compliance.
