FarHeater Engineering Inc. is pleased to have contributed to the successful renovation and expansion of this hospitality project on Elephant Lake Road in Harcourt, Ontario, which included interior alterations to the hotel along with a new spa and pool facility.

Our team provided mechanical engineering design and permit support for the pool and spa systems, working closely with the project team to develop practical, code-compliant engineering solutions that met the project requirements and facilitated the municipal approval process. The project has successfully received building permit approval and has progressed through construction toward inspection and operation.

FarHeater Engineering Inc. is proud to provide Fire Protection Engineering services for the renovation and alteration of the Ridgetown Motel on Victoria Road in Ridgetown, Ontario. Our team is delivering a comprehensive fire protection design package to support the building permit process and ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code, Ontario Fire Code, and applicable NFPA standards.

The project includes the design and coordination of the Fire Alarm System, Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Pump, and Emergency Diesel Generator. Our scope also includes detailed hydraulic calculations, fire pump sizing and specifications, emergency power coordination, and preparation of sealed permit drawings and engineering documentation. Working closely with the owner, architects, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction, we are providing coordinated, code-compliant engineering solutions that support efficient construction and long-term life safety.
