Markham-based, working across Ontario and beyond
Our engineers are based at 15 Allstate Parkway in Markham, which puts most of the Greater Toronto Area within an easy site visit. We regularly work further afield — north into Simcoe County, east through Durham, and west across Peel and Halton — and take on projects nationally across Canada and in the United States.

Working with us across regions
- Do you work outside the Greater Toronto Area?
- Yes. Our head office is in Markham and we work across Ontario, nationally in Canada, and in the United States from our Las Vegas, Nevada office.
- Do you attend site, or is the work done remotely?
- Both. Design and modelling are done in-house, and our engineers attend site for field reviews, commissioning and construction support across the GTA and surrounding regions.
- Can you handle permit submissions with our municipality?
- Yes. We prepare sealed drawings for building permit submission and respond to authority comments through to approval, including Site Plan Approval requirements such as photometric plans.
