The project involved a comprehensive engineering assessment of the building’s emergency electrical distribution system to evaluate its capacity, reliability, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. Our review focused on ensuring that critical life safety and essential building services continue to operate effectively during emergency power conditions — including the emergency diesel generator capacity, fire pump power supply, fire alarm system, elevators on emergency power, booster pump, available spare capacity, and a full load analysis and distribution review.
